Park Slope Bistro, Brooklyn

The Park Slope bistro called for the creation of a comfortably elegant ambiance that could evoke the gourmet quitodien of a Parisian bistro, but set in a classic New York environment. Preserving original architectural features like the patterned tin ceilings, RND re-imagined the space with oversized pendant lighting and a subtle fusion of wood and bronze. A palette of reds, including the burgundy colored ceilings and bistro-red chair seats, gave the space a dash of playfulness, while the bronze tile wall sculpture adds a focus of sophisticated beauty.
